Who's Behind This
Hi, I'm Rodrigo.
I lead AI transformation at the enterprise level — 9+ years designing, building, supporting, and growing the agents, tools, and teams that ship and run in production. I've delivered Essbase-to-OneStream migrations, rolled out AI to Finance teams that had never touched the technology, and built ML forecasting integrations that handle the work in the background. The most complex thing I've built to date: an orchestration agent that manages 10+ sub-agents to complete real work end-to-end, on its own.
Sidekik is where I take that same discipline and apply it at small-business scale. The automation that frees up an analyst at a billion-dollar company saves the exact same hours at a 10-person firm — but until now, nobody's been building it for small businesses at this level. That's the gap I'm here to close.
